They're like sledge hammer heavy. This PGF putters are somewhat heavy but not Boccieri Heavy. I do plan on ordering some heavier weights for this putter. It comes with a nice soft and tacky grip but I might change in the future. Yes, the face does feel soft but it's easy to predict the speed and distance of the ball's roll. While balancing the shaft on my finger, it appears to be slightly toe heavy, which is fine with me. The white alignment line on the black is perfect and really helps with lining up the ball for the putting stroke. I'm definitely enjoying this new putter!
