Review: Tablets are on the large side, but worth it - This supplement combines two that I had been taking separately and one that I needed to take because I was low on it (in my last blood test). Magnesium is one of those things many people are low on, especially if you have a condition that causes constant muscle spasms (or exercise). As you age you will probably need more calcium, and zinc is a good addition to probably everyone's diet. The tablet is a bit large, but not terribly so. My calcium is back up in the good range, and there is enough magnesium in my system now, so I am not having muscle groups lock up and stay locked up for minutes at a time. As far as zinc, I have not been sick at all during the time I have been taking this.... but I have also been very vigilant about wearing a mask and gloves in public, using hand sanitizer as soon as I sit down in my car, and washing my hands correctly and often.
