Product description THICK & ABSORBENT - These pre-cut IV gauze pads are made of a high quality 2" x 2" 6-layer absorbent non-woven material. The unique fenestration of these pre-cut gauze pads facilitates application, resists wrinkles and wrinkles and allows the sponge to lie flat when wrapped around a drainage pipe, IV or trach. PRE-CUT SLOT - Each 2x2 drainage gauze is pre-cut with a slot that goes down half the sponge. The cleavage in the pad allows the gauze to fit quickly and easily around most IVs and tubes, eliminating the need for additional instruments. With pre-split sponges, you can use the I.V. quickly without causing too much discomfort to your patient. SAFE & STERILE - These pre-divided 2x2 tracheostomy pads are packaged in a sterile peel-down bag that allows for convenient aseptic handling. Gauze are packed with 2 gauze pads per bag and 35 bags per box. Each spilled drain dressing is sterile packed and sealed to ensure the sponge pad is clean, sterile and safe to use. OPEN TOP TRAYS - Each pack of 70 2" x 2" cut drain maze pads comes in a tray that is open at the top for easy access and storage. LATEX FREE - Not made of natural rubber latex. Ideal for people with latex allergies. TAPE INCLUDED - Each pack of the 2" x 2" spilled drain compress pads comes with a roll of medical tape. Rolls of tape are 1 inch wide and 10 yards long and tear easily without crushing. Directions 1. Clean the wound area. 2. Remove gauze from sterile bag. 3. Align slot with IV or hose. 4. Wrap the hose around and make sure it lies flat. 5. Safe medical tape 6. Change as needed, aseptic handling.
