Before these, we used the kind that stick directly on over your eye, but around the age of 2 he began to pull those off. These eye patch covers are easy to put on the glasses, will stay on and won't hurt or irritate the skin. I did have to use scissors to make the slot for the arm of the glasses a little bigger but that may have been due to the style of glasses we had. You can even wash them if they get dirty over time.

These were great for my son. He needed to cover one eye for a time as a 2-4 year old and they covered one side of his glasses well. He liked picking a different design each time which helped encourage him to use it. Before these, we used the kind that stick directly on over your eye, but around the age of 2 he began to pull those off. These eye patch covers are easy to put on the glasses, will stay on and won't hurt or irritate the skin. I did have to use scissors to make the slot for the arm of the glasses a little bigger but that may have been due to the style of glasses we had. You can even wash them if they get dirty over time.
