I try to get a lot of water in, but get bored with plain water. I was spending a lot of money on canned seltzer water. Now I make my own carbonated water in whatever custom flavors I choose. My husband likes to drink soda and we use it to make a variety of soda drinks too. We prefer the actual name brand soda syrup, but Ninja has its own. I just purchase the name brand syrup from a competitor, make up some carbonated water, add the syrup and it works perfectly. I also like that I can choose the size of a single serve drink, or opt to make a bottle.
