Multimeter and oscilloscope are full-function and the display is bright and legible for both. If you're used to FNIRSI's touchscreen scopes, well, this isn't like that - it is more like a traditional buttons-and-knobs scope, but not quite. The learning curve isn't too bad and you'll be familiar with it in a half-hour of tinkering. UI defaults to Chinese, or at least it did for me - if you don't read Chinese, you'll have to navigate blind to the settings screen, where - luckily - Chinese/English selection is the first option. It's pretty obvious how to get there. Chinese is also the first language in the instruction manual but the English version is right after it and is easy to understand.
