The burn kicks in fast and lasts, but still keeps great flavor. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A superb medium hot sauce with excellent garlic flavour. *by J***S on 30 October 2025* This is absolutely my favourite hot sauce. It is hot but not overwhelmingly so, which means you can use plenty of it without destroying the flavour of your food. It has a great, punchy element of garlic to it, with the reaper coming in after the garlic. I use this all the time and even do things like mixing it with mayo for people who don't like spice because the flavour is so good. I would also say it's pretty middle of the road in terms of thickness, not mash thick but certainly not thin either. I try so many hot sauces, and like a broad range, but this is one that's always in the fridge. I should say it does have a tendency to separate so give it a good shake before use to allow it to recover its brown/orange colour.
