Added them to an existing gym area in my garage, and they work great with my Body Solid corner leverage gym. The rubber exterior makes them much more quiet than steel plates while still easy enough to grip. They definitely give my gym area an elevated feel. Haven’t weighed them to verify the weight, but I think they are legit. I would like to replace all my old weights with these. Price was fair for what you get. They do have that strong/chemical rubber smell, but it doesn’t really bother me and it will also wear down with time.
