I like to jazz it up with sugar and extra milk, but it’s also fine by itself the way the recipe is stated on the bag. I first fell in love with it in a relatively bland way at a coffee shop. It’s a lil expensive but it can last depending on how bad you like hot chocolate. It helped me calm down, mellow out a bit. I felt relaxed the first time I drank it. I did want to sleep. I’m a little desensitized sometimes so I don’t drink it too often because I go overboard when I do. Comes with a cute lil scoop. So very measurable. Takes forever to mix in though. Does not melt easily the way I make it. Guess that’s why they say to put it in hot water first. I don’t mind the graininess but you have to mix it for so long and continuously crumble the little bits. So it’s real cacao and chocolate. All natural made with monk fruit. It’s expensive because the ingredients are real and I want to believe they’re ethically sourced as well. It doesn’t taste like mushroom coffee btw. But don’t just put it in water, you have to follow the recipe with 6oz milk, dairy or alternative. I actually gatekeep this because I love it so much, I don’t want other people to know about it.
