Literally start out lightly tapping the powder out to a light dusting on whatever you’re eating. After using this for a month or two, I can now add tablespoons of hot sauce and whole jalapeños to my food and it’s great flavor and mildly spicy. Still working my tolerance on the Carolina reaper powder so I can enjoy the flavor even more.
