The box had no cushion whatsoever and I was worried about the damage. My product seemed to be ok but I would be worried if I decided to buy it again from this seller. The product itself is really good but it seems like I cannot apply much pressure while using it because it wouldn't close fully. There is a plastic thing preventing it from closing completely and I don't know if this is a good thing.
