I wear a 8.5 in shoes and buy 9.5 in sneakers. These sneakers are even more comfortable than the gel-noosa 9. I wear a true size 8 in all ASICS but this style I need to order an 8.5. They do run a little wide but they are fine as long as I cinch the laces tighter. Great for running and a gym workout. I like these much better than the Gel Noosa 9, this has a smaller toe box and fits much better. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really like the design *by J***W on December 7, 2016* I usually wear a 5.5-6. After reading the reviews I ordered a 6 to be on the safe side. Unfortunately the shoe is still small. I'm going to return and order a 6.5 to see if that works. Overall, I really like the design. Although I didn't wear the shoe outside or run in it yet, it seems comfortable and lightweight.
