The expandable handle has a variety of heights and seems structurally sound. The exterior zipper glides nicely and appears to be solid.The exterior shell is not overly ridged.  I like that because it helps keep the weight of the bag low. This is not an expandable bag if that is a feature you are looking for. It is very sturdy and rolls effortlessly. I love the design and how much it holds despite being a carry on size small piece of luggage.The quality passed my expectations, and I see this as being my go-to carry on moving forward. The shell is strong, and the seams look like they can take a beating from rough baggage handlers.It is also very lightweight which is helpful for aching shoulders needing to lift it. The wheels also seem like they are very well made and will last for years. I am so happy to be adding this to my luggage and expect years of use from this piece.
