I've been using this protein for several months and am very happy with it. It is a good quality protein which provides a higher than average amount of protein per serving whilst being low in fat and sugar, something that is important to people with diabetes, like me. Since March I've been on a high protein, calorie controlled diet and have lost almost 3 stones, and this product helped me a lot, though this is NOT a weight loss product. It has no particular smell and mixes well with water; there is no lumpiness or powdery taste, though the consistency is bit too watery and thus, to me, it tastes a bit bland. Since I am on this diet and in order to ensure I consume the nutrients that I need, I add frozen spinach, carrots, fresh fruits and some nuts and seeds to my shake. It tastes much better than on its own. I split it in half and consume it for breakfast and in the evening.
