I have to admit that at first I was very happy and for the price I was impressed how well it looked in our lounge. I bought it in December 2019 and by May 2020 our house was full of bits of shag that had come loose and spread around the house. For some reason it became increasingly matted as well, probably due to the lack of shag. The shag had transferred around the home.
