The first unit worked perfectly for about a week—steady heat, strong airflow, great results. Then the heating element suddenly stopped working. The fan and timer kept running, but there was zero heat no matter what temperature I set. Since it was only a week old, Amazon replaced it quickly. Unfortunately, the replacement followed the exact same pattern. It lasted about a month before the heating element failed in the same way. Fan runs, timer runs, but no heat at all. At this point I’m outside the return window and not sure what to do next. When it works, it works really well, but two identical failures in such a short time suggests a design or quality-control issue.
