While I'm curious about nipple play, it's not really something I'm "into", so the clamps were pretty much just a bonus on what was already a good deal. Now, I'm not going to say that they're too tight, or that they hurt, because I suspect that's the point of nipple clamps for a lot of people, but I'm telling you, these things are downright dangerous! The ends of the metal clips are sharp, and within just a few minutes of playing around with the clamps (just sliding the tightening ring up and down while holding the clamps in my hands), one of the four tines completely tore through the rubber caps on the ends. To see how big of an issue this is, I tested the other rubber caps, and the metal prongs of the clamps ripped through ALL of them effortlessly. If this were to happen while you're playing with them, you could easily cut yourself on the edges, ESPECIALLY with how much clamping force these have.Now that we've got that out of the way; I'm actually quite pleased with the gag. It is not as the product page describes, and it could be nicer in a few areas, but for $8.27 for a red ball on a black gag I can't complain. The most notable difference between the product description and the item I got, is that the ball is not silicone, and is, in fact, hard plastic. Now, that's okay, I actually prefer the rigid plastic (ABS, I assume), to the silicone. As to whether it's body safe, or non-toxic, I don't know, but for the function of the gag, and the sensation of having your mouth propped open, the hard plastic is a boon. One down(up?)side of the hard plastic, is that I found my cheeks kept getting caught between the ball and the belt where the pleather passes through it. At first I was really disappointed by this, but I actually found that the sensation added to the experience, and wasn't really painful at all, just cumbersome in the way you want with this kind of thing. The one other, minor difference I found between the item I received and the images on the page, is that the rings connected the three pieces of pleather are D-shaped instead of O-shaped. This really shouldn't impact the function of the gag, unless the length of the strap is an issue, which it might be for you.Now, as for how this gag performs: It's about what you'd expect. It's a simple device, and so, you can get away with cheap materials and manufacturing, but you'd probably get a better product if you spent a little more. The pleather is not the greatest material. While it has yet to wear in any meaningful way, it feels as though I could snap it if I tried to. That's not really a terrible thing, given that this is something you should only use with consent, and therefore, nobody should be TRYING to break it, but it's worth mentioning that maybe the materials used could be a little better. The length of the strap is luck-luster, but they get the job done. I'm a 250 lbs male, and I can only wrench the strap down to the fourth hole out of nine. As I mentioned earlier, this could quite easily be a problem because my specific item uses D-rings instead of O-rings for the hardware, which reduces the overall length of the belt by about an inch. If the gag used 1" O-rings instead of 1" x 0.5" D-rings, I would easily be able to get the belt on down to the sixth hole.Where this product really shines, is the price. Despite coming with a bonus pair of nipple removers, this was the cheapest gag of this style I could find on Amazon, and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. I'm sure that you could get a better ball gag if you spent more money, but this does just fine, and I find wearing it to be quite an enjoyable experience. If you're like me, and very specifically want a ballgag with a red ball, a black belt, and holes in the ball, I doubt you will find one cheaper than this. If you do decide to get this though, do yourself (and your nipples) a favor and throw away the clamps. ### ⭐⭐ Pinched the wrong places. *by P***G on October 5, 2018* The clips were great. They do just what they are meant to do. However, can't use the ball gag. The ball slides and pinches my lips at the corners, making it very uncomfortable. Difficult to have play time if you can't keep up because you are ridiculously uncomfortable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value! *by J***Z on May 31, 2019* You can get a single colour BG for less, but this was the only classic red and black I found at a good price. Locally, I would have spent four or five times as much. I have a full face, and can only wear it on the last notch of the strap, so it's a little on the small side.
