Enhanced with reinforced grommets and an easy-on heel tab, these ultra-low profile traction shoes ensure safety and comfort for winter runners and walkers alike. ## Description With the comments of customers and athletes as well as the adaptation of proven innovations from Kahtoola microspikes and Ex Ascikes, the traction of Nanospike shoes has been completely redesigned. It remains the pull area of the Ultra Bass profile that runners can access when they need to work on hard and slippery surfaces without affecting their march or their steering. Newly designed nanospikes bring a number of designed improvements aimed at increasing comfort, adaptation and performance in demanding conditions. Review: Much needed foot wear on icy conditions - Brilliant accessory for hiking boots and trainers when walking in icy and snowy weather. Easy to put on and take off these are must haves in cold winter months. Review: I could safely run again - They adapted well to my trainers and the feet seemed balanced when I run. A bit noisy on the road when there was no ice though. ## Features - Best for: Athletes looking for traction on the road or walking on pavements with hard snow and icy conditions on pavements; Ideal for use on lightweight running shoes. The ultra-low profile traction shoe shoes have been redesigned to ensure that runners can perform safely and safely on hard slippery surfaces without affecting their gait or foot strike. - Spike design: 10 concave tungsten carbide spikes per foot with an improved stadel lug design to get a directional optimised grip through soft snow and descents through a directional grip. Centre plate combs effectively deflect uneven ice and allow spikes to be inserted faster. - ENHANCED SECURE FIT Built-in tow deposit reinforces tension points and contours for variable footwear. Now available with increased size ranges (US W 5-M 13+). The newly designed heel tab allows for easier stretching and removal of shoes. Low profile rivet connection serves to provide improved comfort by minimising pressure points by spreading impact forces. - Elastomer Wiring Harness & Reinforced Grommets The patented reinforced eyelet design strengthens key stress points. The brand new elastomer harness design is strong, optimally lightweight and provides an improved all-round fit, especially in the heel. The elastomer is made of a durable TPE material that remains stretchy through cold temperatures down to -22°F (-30°C). - Kahtoola: Est.
