I've had to same issue and customer support hasn't emailed me back and I've had this like 6+ months. Sent 2 different emails and nothing. **Q: Can it connect to other Wi-Fi system other than Sonos** A: I don’t believe so. It’s designed for use with Sonos. Also beware that the quality of the turntable is extremely poor - you’re essentially paying megabucks to connect to Sonos and receiving a very cheap record player with it. I sent mine back.
