I use the medium scoop for cookies and for individual brownies in my Wilton brownie pan and the small scoop i use whenever i make cheesecake brownies to add the perfect amount of batter to the brownies. We used the smallest size only (to us the bigger sizes were too big for what we were doing). It was easy to scoop up the dough and deposit it on the cookie sheet. The release mechanism worked perfectly. We made approx 200 cookies with no problem. It is a little difficult to wash, but doable. Time will tell how long they last.
