It has a clean sweetness with no noticeable aftertaste, while being low glycemic and much lower in carbs than traditional sugar. I’ve used it to make homemade coffee creamer, and recently I tried it for the first time in a cream cheese frosting for an all-natural carrot loaf. The frosting turned out amazing! It blended smoothly into the cream cheese, creating a rich, creamy texture without any graininess. Even my son, who is an extremely picky eater, loved it. That alone is a huge win in my book. I’ll definitely continue using Allulose in my baking and recipes going forward.

This is a game changer! I’m a diabetic who LOVES her coffee. I’m also a person who can’t stand the taste of articial sweeteners. I continued drinking my 10 cups of a coffee a day, each with about 6 tablespoons of sugar. My blood sugar tests were coming back as you would think. I decided on a whim to try Allulose. I could not believe this. It tastes like sugar. No gross fake sugar taste, just sugar. I honestly thought I may have been duped and receiving real sugar. I took my quarterly blood sugar test and, sure enough, my blood sugar is now normal. My liver has even gotten better. It’s nuts. Would I recommend this? Yes. I, literally, tell anyone within earshot about this magic sweetener. It’s now an obvious staple in my home. I even put it in my malt o meal, lemonade, or anything I need to sweeten. For me, mainly coffee.
