It has the same texture as cake crust - soft and buttery, but also crumbly. The mandarin topping has a consistent jam-like texture and flavor, it's nice and tart and rich.Also love that these came individually wrapped. The box is also very sturdy so they didn't crumble much. Will definitely buy again. Also bought the other variety that's a bit drier and more cookie like.
