**Q: The tube came without aluminum seal. Is it OK?**
A: Mine DID have an aluminum seal!

**Q: Is the tube supposed to arrive in a box?  Also, is the ointment supposed to be smooth?  Mine has a "gritty" feel and is very thick.**

**Q: Can I use this product on my ulcer in my foot , I’m a type 2 diabetic?**
A: I don't see why not. My husband has ms and is in a wheelchair. From time to time he gets pressure sores which - as you may know - can go from mild to bad really fast. Terrasil is the ONLY product that works within a day or two to cure it. And I do mean cure. This stuff is a miracle!

A: I use it on my Mother every day with no problems.
