The main use I give this tape is taping my thumbs when cleaning or snatching. This really helps, because it stops you getting blisters, but also makes it much easier to grip during exercises requiring a hook grip. The problem with it is, despite only using it to tape my thumbs, it does run out quickly and at £10.00 a pop, you're probably looking at about £50 a year, depending how much you train... quite a sum for tape.
