What’s wrong?** A: Could you please check the battery of the battery wand, how long have you used? there is possible that not so much power of the battery wand, please message the seller service if with any other problem, thank you ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Good item but Incorrect size in description *by P***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 February 2021* This motor works well. it took a bit od setting up but once that is done it just works. the main problem i had is it states it fits a 25mm dia tube but when it arrived i could see at a glance it was quite a bit bigger than 25mm it turns out to be for a 35mm tube this was not a major issue for me as i had some 35mm tube in my workshop so just swapped the tube of the blind for the 35mm one and all is well. this unit is battery powered andcit remains to see how long the 8 AA batteries will last. if they run down quickly i will power it from a 12v adaptor which would be very easy to do. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well for me. *by S***S on Reviewed in the United States on 6 November 2019* The remote, motor and wiring were all good. The programming was straight forward and has never glitched. I use it for a four-foot-wide X ten-foot-tall photo backdrop for headshots. I was concerned that the batteries would not last, but the first set of Energizer double A's lasted for over a year when I noticed it slowing down. I run it through three or four cycles a week so 200 cycles and this will depend on the weight of the backdrop, of course. It has a surprising amount of torque. Programs with the remote.
