The video on You-Tube helped a lot plus the owner's manual is very informative. I bought the 26-inch EB7 Pro. The bracket for the fender was for the 24-inch model so I couldn't put the front fender on. I emailed customer support, and they got back to me within hours. They shipped the correct bracket to me, and I received it within a week. Customer support is excellent, and they have their own website to order parts and accessories. Great E-Bike! Well constructed, comfortable and looks good. Only complaint would be the instructions to put it together are not so clear in some parts. Other than that, it really is an excellent bike. Would recommend it!
