Taurine favors the conjugation towards water-soluble bile as opposed to fat-soluble bile which is more toxic as well as stone-forming. **Q: Does anyone have tricks on how to deal with the horrible smell of the supplements? Our previous formula was around 45%, give or take. This new source is between 45 and 65%. No one ever educated me telling me needed something to help me. I have never really had issues with my stomach or going to the bathroom until this year(started wheat belly lifestyle). So I tried this. I am on my second bottle. I guess I feel slightly better, but I get diarrhea with this, and I'm talking bad. I have lowed my dose to maybe one or two pills and introduced a stronger probiotic first thing in the morning and that seems to help. The second bottle that I bought has a weird taste and smell compared to the first one. But not bad enough o stop taking it.
