The difference in what I can see in the plants is a much healthier and stronger growth. I also use this light for flowering along with the flower booster light from g8 and I get the most incredible tasting buds which are snow capped frosty. I did not get results like that even with my 600w hps bulb. This light is much more efficient too, I notice the lower electricity bill. That wasn't such a big deal to me but the lower room temps are the best part, especially in the middle of the summer. I have turned many friends on to this light and they are all pleased with their purchase too. Overall great light and better than most grow light systems out there.
