Product Description Conker Dorset Dry Gin is a 70cl, 40% ABV multi-award-winning British craft gin and the flagship spirit from The Conker Distillery — Bournemouth's pioneering gin makers, founded in 2014 by Rupert Holloway as Dorset's first gin distillery. A classic London Dry-inspired, juniper-led gin with a distinctively Dorset character: clean, bright and faintly meadow-sweet thanks to three hand-foraged local botanicals you won't find in supermarket gins. Inside every bottle: ten select botanicals built around pine-led juniper berries, coriander, orris root, angelica root, cassia bark, fresh lime peel and bitter orange peel. To this London Dry backbone we add three Dorset-foraged stars: hand-picked gorse flowers from the Dorset clifftops, lending a subtle nectar sweetness with hints of camomile and honey; marsh samphire from the salt marshes of the Jurassic Coast, gently distilled to strip out the salt and reveal herbaceous, green-tea-like notes; and English elderberries from Dorset's hedgerows and the New Forest, for a cool, blueberry-like fruitiness. All re-distilled in a small 30-litre Portuguese copper Alembic pot still using British wheat spirit and pure New Forest spring water. Review: So happy this is finally available to buy! - A few months ago, I went to a tasting session in a local cocktail bar that was featuring this Gin. It was amazing to hear the story behind the making of a smooth drink created by a very passionate, charming guy! It drinks well on its own, not too intense a taste for 40%, and was incredible in a selection of cocktails. Look forward to experimenting with some of my own. I got 2 bottles, one for myself and one as a birthday present for my mum. Definitely recommend this to anyone who likes/loves gin!

A few months ago, I went to a tasting session in a local cocktail bar that was featuring this Gin. It was amazing to hear the story behind the making of a smooth drink created by a very passionate, charming guy! It drinks well on its own, not too intense a taste for 40%, and was incredible in a selection of cocktails. Look forward to experimenting with some of my own. I got 2 bottles, one for myself and one as a birthday present for my mum. Definitely recommend this to anyone who likes/loves gin!
