I'm pleased that they actually fit. (So many things on Amazon only fit tiny Asian size people). I got what they call the 10-12 and it works for me (5'10", 36B, size 12 or 14 usually).The padding is enough for modesty but not so much that you look like you got implants. The built in shelf bra gives enough support for daily movement while still being very comfortable.
