Followed manufacturer’s guidelines of oiling before first use and tried all different ways but everything you cook in it sticks fast and you end up with a meal that is ruined and a pan that soaking and scrubbing. Was trying to avoid plastic coatings but going back to them! Love Le creuset and have loads of their pans but would not recommend this. Their customer support weren’t entirely helpful and told me to coat the base in oil first as well as temperature guidance.
