It may look a little large when you first pull it out I thought I should have sized down until I put it on, make sure you try it on first because the style to your eyes might trick you. There is no stretch to these satin PJ's but they are pretty roomy so it's not needed. I did size up to Medium bc I like a comfier fit but could have done a small. 5'7', 133 lbs. It washed well in the washer on the normal setting with no issues and even though it is satin it did have a little stretch to the material. All in all good quality for it’s price.
