Just touch the touch button to start blood pressure measurement. The whole process takes about 40 seconds. Do not move or talk during this process. Charging Instructions When the screen displays the low battery symbol, please charge promptly. Low battery may result in the device being unusable or providing inaccurate measurement results. Review: Must wear monitor properly to get accurate reading - When I initially got the product I got an inaccurate reading because I wore it like a watch. I honestly thought it was a waste of $30. I just put the product in my dresser drawer for a month and thought I would eat the loss. I was scrolling through YouTube and discovered the proper way to use this product with the monitor facing palm up and on the side of wrist opposite of how you wear a watch.

This wrist blood pressure cuff is very disappointing. The readings are inconsistent and often inaccurate compared to a manual reading, making it unreliable. On top of that, the battery doesn’t hold a charge for long, so it needs frequent recharging. I wouldn’t recommend it. One star for appearance and delivery.
