Helps keep me from taking more medication to control my blood pressure. Tastes just like sodium salt and works just like it in recipes. I use this in baking anything including bread, pizza crusts and other baked goods. You use the same amount as sodium salt in a recipe! Your body needs twice as much potassium as sodium but most prepared foods have twice to 3 or 4 times as much sodium over potassium. Manufacturers use sodium to make foods with little flavor taste much better.
