I found out a few things when trying to use it. First. You cannot tip or till the Tumblr at all. It has to remain straight. You cannot put a lot of ice in it and it has to stay under the max full line in the inside. I get flavor for the caridge on the lower setting. I don't think that you have to suck any harder than drinking from a normal straw. I like that it stays colder longer.
