I’ve been taking them for three months and I feel better; more energy, better sleep, overall better sense of good health. ### ⭐ Don’t do it *by O***E on July 24, 2025* The whole process should be smooth and quick but it’s actually a pain and looooong…. My sample traveled all across the US to finally make it to the lab after 4 weeks! Then AI is processing the collected data and after another 2 weeks you might see the results (not the actual data, numbers etc) they put you on. Fodmap basically and suggest food to avoid etc also you can purchase the supplements that are tailored for you for $160 that will take another 2-3 weeks. So everything is just delayed and not worth the money at the end. I’d recommend doing GI MAP test which is more expensive but way more effective and gives you the actual insights. Don’t be fooled like me ;) I never leave the review so hope that can help someone!
