Can be used in place of foundation, if you would prefer more coverage then foundation or concealer could definitely be added to your routine, but for me it's great to use on its own. I do find that it is difficult to spread. You do need a good moisturiser underneath to help it spread, but I have found that it helps to warm the product a bit between your fingers before applying then it goes on a lot smoother. Also very important to shake the bottle before you use it! But overall, really great coverage. The beige colour is quite nice because it is a bit darker than my actual skin so the pearl might be better next time, but I do like that it gives me a bit of a tan look.
