The backside fit great, quite snug, and the pouch fit well with very nice shaping and a great feel. The problem for me was the waist: there are only two small pieces of elastic at the waist, right at the front of the hips. I suppose it's designed that way to look and feel sleek, but for me the briefs began to sag a bit after the first wearing. I would warn against buying these for sports or any physical activity. I considered ordering another pair in the next size smaller but decided to try some other design.
