A: On my container it says "Each capsule contains 400 mg of Extract of Gymnema Sylvestre (Madhunaashini/Gurmar). Contains no preservatives or artifical ingredients. Other ingredients: 1 HPMC capsule shell and purified water.

**Q: Does this stop sweet cravings?**
A: Yes, it does, help.  In general it helps all cravings, and with over eating - you just don't feel the need, so much.

**Q: Can you list the full ingredients**
A: each capsule contains 400mg of Extract of Gymnema Sylvestre Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) capsule shell & purified water

**Q: Do you know the gymnemic acid percentage?**
A: All I can tell you is that the package says that the capsules contain 400mg of extract of gymnema sylvestre. There's no mention of any standardisation of the extract amount. Sorry

These worked well by making sweet things taste odd you lose interest in eating the sugary things. Not sure what was happening to my blood sugar levels. I guess they do control cravings.
