Told they are cheap, will break, and won't hold up the way the big named companies will. I purchased this for my G43X and it's fantastic. Small, comfy and surprisingly well made. It has very good retention, and the swade piece in the back adds great comfort. I carry appendix, and it really fits great, but you could use this for any carry position. You can adjust the height, and it comes with two clips that secure it very well. The clips are plastic and not metal, so we will see how they hold up. So far they seem sturdy and well made. Also, you can't really adjust the angle very much, there's only some "give" so that's a bit of a negative. It does give you 4 holes to adjust the height and other screws to adjust the tension of the retention. So far so good and compared to the $60 - $100 price range of the bigger name companies, this is really worth it.
