Review: Best bandage I've found! - I had another melanoma removed and wasn't looking forward to all the dressing changes using separate nonstick pads and coverall bandage. These provide the best of both worlds! The nonstick area is padded pretty thick and the adhesive or 'silicone' around the edges so far works great. Sticks great, but not peeling off my skin either. The bandage is very flexible and having the cut-out points in the middle, make it so much more comfortable when the area moves and bends. After sleeping on it all night, the one side did pull up slightly, but adhered right back down. I also like it is not to bulky and I was even able to wear leggings instead of sweats today! Definitely a great product I would purchase again!

A: For the Sacral silicone patch the smallest is 7.2”x 7.2” inches (side to side) with the foam pad size being 5.1”x 5.4” inches. My dad uses this size and he’s really skinny. It covers the bedsore well, and he’s a size small in pants, 30” in waist.

**Q: Does it contain latex**
A: The package says that it is not made with natural rubber latex.

**Q: How do these differ from Duoderm?**
A: The MedVance has a border all around it.  It is almost like a heart-shaped bandaid.  The Duoderm is a single foam piece with no border.
