The hardest part of putting it together was just putting the cover over it. Rods are flexible enough that they bend with my daughter's rough play, but return to their original spot when she stops pushing on the side. It fits great in the small space I had available for it. She's already filling it with all her stuffed animals. I have not used the lights yet and might not put them up, but they look pretty cute. Will probably put them up in her room instead. My almost 2 year old is obsessed with blanket/pillow forts, so we needed something cleaner and long-term for my sanity. This exceeded my expectations! It’s big, and my toddler is a 99th percentile baby so this is a huge win that he will be able to stand up inside.
