No need to read the directions. The video shows it all. The only thing confusing is the bike breake adjustment. Adjust the wire when you squeeze the breaks. Otherwise it’s easy peasey. Very pretty. Great size to start a 2 1/2 rear old on the low seat and low handle bar setting.
