It works perfectly for food photography and event shooting—plenty of power and very easy to use. The flash head rotates smoothly with a wide range of angles, making vertical shots much more convenient. The biggest surprise was the built-in wireless trigger at this price point! I'm still learning how to use it, but having the option to remotely control other flashes is a huge plus. I also bought a reflector diffuser to pair with it, which helps soften the light beautifully. If you're looking for an affordable yet capable flash, this one is definitely worth trying! Highly recommend.
