I cannot say the same thing for some sheets that we got.Waterproof cover works excellently, we had our newborn pee on this and the back up water proof cover (we were still figuring out diapers). It does seem like it is too hot or loud. Our baby has slept perfectly in his bassinet with this and a sheet over it. The manufactured pad have 21 x 35" pad for the original mattress of 31.5 x 18", so there are a lot of wrinkles and air bubles under the top, covering the original mattress and I couldn't pull it tighter.Looking for the pad, I decided to relay on the brand's suggestion for the basinet, but will look for the exact dimensions of the mattress I have from now.
