Review: BBQ review - I am a chomps fan and have tried most of the flavors. My go-to is the turkey stick. I feel like the flavor is consistent and sometimes the beefy flavors get old. I wanted to try the new BBQ flavor. When I hear BBQ, I imagine it’s going to have some kind of sweet taste to it. This did not really feel like a bbq flavor to be honest. I’m not sure what the marketing team was thinking but the only bbq this is selling in flavor is that it tastes like a hot dog with a little kick. So if hot dogs remind you of bbq’s then you might be getting whah you expected. I think I was hoping for a flavorful sweet/spicy taste with this, but the flavor didn’t really kick as much as I wanted it to. It was a little tiny bit spicy, but I am a wimp to spicy foods and this was not too much. My order came with all of the sticks in it and the expiration date isn’t until Nov 2025.
