So I bought L. It is comfy and the material is lint resistant which is important for me having cats and dogs. I am tall, 180 cm (around 5 feet 11 inch) and the length is good, finger cross it stays so after washes. So L turned out to be good, I am size 18.

**Q: The size  chart makes no sense. My waist is 31 and i am 5'8".**
A: hello you can follow your normal wear pant size to choose it , our this joggers pants its true size and have very good stretch

**Q: how are you suppose to wash and dry these. you would think for what these cost they could put a label on them or even with them in the package to show**
A: I wash them with my every day clothes of similar color on medium setting for both
the wash and dry.  They come out perfectly.

**Q: Are these machine washable?**
A: Yes, I've washed mine several times and they still look brand new.
