These are strong and sticky well, although do peel off once wet (in the shower) I found these comfortable to wear and didn't irritate the skin but was painful to pull off so I would always recommend soaking off in the bath or shower. Ease of use will depend where you need it and how good you are at applying it. Sometimes I got it perfect straight away other times it took a number of attempts to get the placement right meaning lots of wasted tape. After sometime I felt the tape was making my injury worse and stopped using (please note I never sort medical advice so the use of the tape and it's appropriateness was on me). Good quality, thick and durable tape but can work out very expensive if using long term. I would seek medical advice before spending the amount I did on the stuff. Plus lovely solid fabric good for blister protection, but not as thick as I would like. Need to put two layers at times.
