Purchased to level my turntable on a glass shelf, is easy to set up. The sound has improved with deeper and tight bass and individual instruments easier to pick out. Whether this improvement is because of the levelling of the turntable or the effect of the platform is open to debate, but if you are looking for an isolation platform you should consider this item.
