Review: A problem with assembly - There is a general problem with alignment of the screws with the corresponding holes. In the assembly of the ottoman, the holes on the L-shape plates are totally off position so that I have to use longer screws to catch the holes. Not to mention that I had missing parts which took the warehouse 17 days to replace. I revised the rating to 4 stars based on good communications with the service department and the fact that the recliner is pretty comfortable to sit on.

Almost a good chair. The chair is too low to the floor. It would be a good chair if it were 4 inches higher off the floor. I’m going to try and build a platform for it to sit on, to raise it up. Otherwise it’s pretty useless. Way overpriced for what it is.
